Take a Break with Tennis!
We wanted to create some NEW lunchtime sessions to give you a proper break in the middle of the day to get you moving, enjoy the fresh air and socialise.
With so many people still working from home, or even if you are working locally, these sessions will break up the day with some tennis.
We are starting off with these two mid-week sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 12.45pm – 1.30pm for you to give a go!

We are also offering ‘bring a friend for free’. Your friend needs to be NEW to Elly Shearman Tennis Coaching and once you have booked your slot we need to know your friend’s name asap to secure their place.

Yes! Cardio Tennis is for everyone regardless of your tennis level. It is based on footwork and building fitness with coach fed drills, so it doesn’t matter where your shot goes! For more information please click here – Cardio Tennis
It will vary depending on how much you play but as a guide, if you play three times a week your racket should be restrung every three months.
