April Monthly Awards
We are back on court and so are our Monthly Awards! We are so pleased to announce this month we have a winner for Junior Standout and Saturday Superstar.
Junior Standout – Anya Ahearn
Anya has always been hard working, but throughout the zoom training she was so engaged and now we are back on court she has come out of lockdown firing! She attended a lot of team training during the Easter holidays and we are loving watch her chase every ball and put everything in to her tennis! We are so proud of her focus and work ethic – Very Well Done Anya!
Saturday Superstar – Lily Tomlinson
Lily has attended the 5 – 6 age group almost every week for a while now, at the start she wasn’t able to hit the ball but now she is now hitting shots with good technique and rallying. We felt she was ready to move up to the 7 – 8 age group, before she was 7 and although she was a bit unsure about moving up but she was brave and went for it and she is doing brilliantly! We have now seen her at the club playing with a friend and getting their rallies going together. The next stop is starting to try some red ball matches! Great work Lily!
We are now allowed to run our Tennis Parties again! Such a great way for children to celebrate their birthday and there can be upto 15 children which is such a treat after all the lockdowns.
They can be up to an hour and 30 minutes long, please just email firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about availability.
You provide the children; we provide the courts, the rackets, the coaches and the fun!
We just ask that children wear trainers and weather appropriate clothing.
No deposit required but payment is due a week before the party. £20 for hire plus £5 per child.
