This year, despite lockdown, we have watched our Juniors really excel!
We are proud on so many levels! We have had seven teenagers turn 16 and achieve their level 1 coaching award – not only this but the work they have done with us this summer has been excellent and we feel very excited to have a high level of assistants helping with our groups! You will see more of them on court this term!
We have also had more juniors competing in tournaments this summer! We’ve had more children attending the county closed tournament (we hope to have more next year) and with this we have seen some great achievements!
- Max Richardson runner up (2nd place) in the 8 & Under County Closed
- Emma Fitzgerald 3rd in the 9 & Under County Closed and Emma was also runner up in the consolation draw of the U10 girls
- Daisy Hawke winning the consolation draw of the 11 & Under County Closed!
We would also like to say a HUGE thank you and Congrats to two of our level 1 & level 2 coaches who were more than happy with their Grades and are going off to University in Sept – Alanna Dunne, Saffron Butler, & Theo Hone….we can’t wait to see you back in December!
